How much do we charge for our house cleaning services?
Our rates vary from $44 to $60 per hour depending on the type of cleaning service required, the scope of the clean required, the location of your home or business, and how often you intend to use our cleaning services.
We offer free quotes as well as flat hourly rates on one time cleaning services and move out and move in cleans. So, if you prefer to bring us in on an hourly rate just give us a call to set up a time. Alternatively, we are always able to give you a firm price with a flat rate that ensures your home is cleaned properly and you have the final price to ensure it fits into your budget.
Weekly cleaning services start at $45 per hour per cleaner (offered on regularly scheduled cleanings of a minimum 4 hours and in certain areas).
Bi-weekly cleaning services are $50 per hour per cleaner (offered on regularly scheduled weekly cleanings of a minimum 4 hours in certain areas).

Do our cleaners have a minimum cleaning visit lengths?
Our minimum cleaning service visit for houses is 4 hours. We do make exceptions for cleaning small apartments and basement suites. Obviously how long it takes to clean your home depends on its size, your specific needs and the current condition of your home. One of our professional and experienced cleaners can clean most houses in 4 to 5 hours if we are visiting on a weekly or bi-weekly cleaning schedule. After the first clean we are always happy to adjust time on site to suite your needs.
What is included in a scheduled cleaning visit?
Typically we will dust the home, clean the kitchen including counter tops and outside of cupboards, polish the sink and fixtures and wipe down all stainless appliances. We clean all bathrooms including toilets, showers, sinks and mirrors as well as polish all faucets. We clean window cills and baseboards. We vacuum the entire home and finish with a damp mop of all floors. We are happy to adjust our cleaning regiment to meet your specific needs or desires. Do we bring our own cleaning supplies onsite?
Yes, we always come fully prepared to clean your home from top to bottom. The cleaning products we use are included in our service costs. We bring our own vacuum's, mops and dusters. We prefer to use our own eco-friendly and use specific products but we are always happy to use any of our customer's own preferred cleaning products when the customer desires.
